Proud of having saved on the commission, he realized a few months later that his neighbor had sold a similar house\u2026 for nearly CHF 100,000 more.<br \/>\nA real estate agency does more than just post a listing. It determines the fair market value of your property, screens potential buyers, negotiates on your behalf, and ensures the entire transaction goes smoothly.<br \/>\n<strong>My advice?<\/strong>  Before selling on your own, at least seek the advice of a professional.
